The process

Call, Email or Visit our centre
Ready to enroll your child. Please send us a message through our contact us form or give us a call. You can also visit the centre to speak to a staff.

Submit application
Prospective parents should come to the centre personally to fill out the application and meet with the execuive director to be placed on the waiting list.

Admission
When a space at the centre becomes vacant, the Executive Director or Assistant Director will offer that space to a child on the corresponding child on the wait list- provided that the financial responsibilities of the childcare centre are not negatively affected.

Secure a spot
Upon being offered a space by the Executive Director or Assistant Director, parent(s)/legal guardian(s) must accept or decline a space at the childcare centre within 48 hours of speaking with the Assistant Director or Executive Director.

Confirm Admission
To confirm admission to The Vine Seeds, the first month’s fee is required. If the child is withdrawn from The Vine Seeds prior to attendance, the fee is non-refundable.

Complete Registration
All registration forms for the child must be completed and given to the Executive Director or Assistant Director prior to the child starting at The Vine Seeds.
